As soon as you know which hospital you would like to deliver at, please refer yourself directly using their online referral form.

GP Surgeries are requested to signpost women to the mum and baby application, informing them that self-referral is recommended. For women who do not have access to a smartphone, the self-referral form can be completed only through the Trusts's maternity website. Self Refer information

Medicines for Minor Ailments in Pregnancy
To make it easier for pregnant women to access medicines that can be purchased over the counter at pharmacies, the NW London Local Maternity System has worked closely with the Local Pharmacy Committees, Hospital Pharmacy Committees and the CCG Medicines Management Teams to provide a pathway and information that will standardise the advice given by healthcare providers. Women have been consulted and 94% already purchase OTC products in a non-standardised way. Please see the attached document for guidance
