Social Link Worker
The GP is sometimes unable to assist in situations which do not require any medical treatment. However, the GP is able to liaise with our in house social worker to ensure that you get the right help for you.
The GP is able to prescribe a social link worker to you. If you believe you would benefit from the following, please let the GP team know.
